 | Presentation. Each session I give a presentation/discussion of the process, themes, and ideas for life review. Includes proper visual aids and sound to bring the presentation to life. |
 | Story Sharing & Discussion. The essential component is group discussion, interaction and sharing of theme-based writings. |

Written feedback, suggestions and constructive criticism each week on your writing. May also include written comments on group interaction or special discussions. |
 | Worksheets & Handouts. Worksheets, special handouts and other forms needed throughout the workshop. |
 | Refreshments. Light refreshments such as beverages/snacks/tea. |

 | Help Desk. In between workshop meetings, participants can visit the online Help Desk to interact with fellow participants in the Forum by sharing ideas, asking questions, leaving interesting thoughts that occur to them between sessions. They can also find answers to their questions in the detailed FAQ section, as well as submit a question or concern to Mark via a webform. Includes the workshop Glossary, where all special terms and processes are defined. |
