Q: How can I get personal advice about how one of your articles relates to me?
A: We will answer all requests for information, with suggestions for finding what you need. Remember, however, that only a doctor or other health-care professional can evaluate your medical history properly. If you are a subscriber to the Evoke and have a question you would like to see answered by our Editor, please go to the password-protected Readers' Online Benefits section. The password appears on the last page of the current issue of the Evoke™.

Q: How can I send a letter to the editors to comment on one of the articles in the Evoke?
A: We welcome feedback from our readers. Please submit questions through our Online Question Form.

Q: I need to talk to someone about my subscription, who do I call?
A: You can contact us online by going to the Contact Us link and using our Online Question Form, which is sent directly to our subscription department. You can also speak with our customer service department at 1-800-428-0552.

Q: How do I change my mailing address?
A: To change your address, just fill out the change of address form provided at the Services link. You can also call our subscription department directly at 1-800-428-0552 and speak to one of our customer service representatives.

Q: Where can I obtain a password for the Companion Website?

Q: I saw an article listed in your Index that I would like to get. How can I get a copy of that old issue of Evoke?
A: You can order back issues by mailing us $7.00 ($USD) per issue.

Q: Who publishes the Evoke?
A: Evoke™ is a product of Elder Forest Publishing Group, which maintains complete control over the newsletter's content and direction.

Q: How do I get permission to reprint an article from Evoke?
A: Send a request to our Permissions Department using the Online Question Form (see below). Please state which article you want to reprint, and the name of the publication in which the Evoke article will eventually appear. Please be specific when sending in these requests, including the month in which the article appears, exact title of article, intended audience, estimated circulation. We do charge for our articles and the amount is determined based on factors involving the size of the article as well as use of the article. Once we have received your request, you may expect a response from us within five business days. When permission is granted, we will send an agreement letter to you which will include the proper credit line to use. Please send the requests to:

Q: Do you offer discounted rates for bulk quantity subscriptions to Evoke?
A: Yes. We do offer discounted rates on the newsletter for orders of 10 subscriptions or more. Please send a request using our Online Question Form and we will contact you immediately.
